Dining

The well known “culinary challenges” of the southwest have been a thing of the past here in the valley for longer than anyone can remember.   It seems that good food is woven into the history of Escalante and Boulder itself.

There are award winning restaurants using local ingredients with a style you might find in New York.   Or you can chose from the charming family run diners with food themes from Mexican to Mediterranean.   And most have plenty of outside dining to take advantage of our beautiful surroundings!

Don't forget to save room for dessert, most are homemade from scratch and quite delicious!
